Suitable for beginners and those who like to practice basic Vinyasa Flow with an emphasis on individual alignment and breathing techniques. We keep our classes small so we can give you individual attention, ensuring that you maintain the correct alignment, suitable for your body and helping you to make adjustments where necessary.
Yoga for Every Body - 5 week course

Despite what social media may have led us to believe, Yoga is for everyone. No matter how flexible or inflexible you are, you can experience the numerous benefits of Yoga, regardless of age, body type or fitness level. In this 5-week course attention will be given to balance, alignment, strengthening of the body and breath awareness. We will also look at breathing practices and discover their numerous benefits. This course is suitable for beginners & those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported practice. Tuesdays 7.30-8.30pm at OMH Therapies (1A Randolph Crescent)
This class is based on the connection of breathing and movement practiced in a fun and creative way. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". The focus is on gaining flexibility and strength, boosting your energy and feeling healthier and happier in your body. This class is suitable for people who have already had some Yoga experience.

Practising Yoga during pregnancy is a delightful experience with a lot of benefits. Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are warm and welcoming and a great place to meet other mums-to-be. During our classes we explore a range of Yoga postures, guided relaxations and breathing techniques to support your pregnancy, soothe any discomfort and relieve the stress.
If you would like to deepen your practice or if you cannot attend regular group classes then 1-2-1 classes could be the best solution for you. Every class is created according to the individual needs of the client. During private sessions we are taking into consideration your personal health and fitness levels, injuries or personal goals you may have. Yoga sessions are arranged at your convenience, either at your home or other suitable location. Private sessions are a great way to learn quickly as a beginner or to deepen an already strong practice. I offer private: Absolute Beginner's Yoga, Gentle Flow & Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy, Postnatal, Mother and Baby Yoga, Yoga for cancer patients & survivors, Restorative & Yin Yoga.
