I am sure like many people I was apprehensive about how an online yoga class would work, especially as Kat's in person classes are such a wonderful experience. But from the first class in the very early stages of lockdown it has been amazing! There is still a sense of community and attentiveness and in a crazy world of change and upheaval my 7.30 class has been an anchor. Kat hasn't changed her style so we still get challenged and are encouraged to be playful! She has been inventive with props and suggestions for adaptations to suit everyone. It's really inspired me to practice more and I have done yoga nearly everyday through lockdown. I would highly recommend Kat as a Zoom yoga teacher; she leads a friendly, accessible and fun class! The weekly yoga sessions with Kat have saved me and consequently my family, from going mad in this strange lockdown setting. The sessions been very important for my body to stay stretched and strong and for my mind to slow down and relax. Kat is completely without ego which makes the sessions welcoming for all, even my cheeky children who sometimes pop-in to try Downward Dog! Sophie, June 2020

When I heard we were heading into lockdown I knew there was a good chance it would lead to my exercise routine being abandoned. When Kat offered me online one to one sessions I jumped at the chance. I hoped that this would help keep me motivated to exercise as well as looking after my mind & soul. I have not been disappointed Kat’s online classes are great as it is one to one it is tailored to me and my needs and she is able to advise and guide me throughout the class as she does in the studio. Its impossible not to feel good afterwards – thanks Kat online sessions have been fantastic a real lifesaver during lockdown. Julie, May 2020

Doing pregnancy yoga with Kat was the best thing I did for myself during my pregnancy. I attended her classes for 15 weeks and I was always looking forward for it every week! Kat is a fantastic teacher and person, knowledgeable and adjusts her classes to the needs of the group. Even her tone of voice can fill you with peace and calmness. Thank you, Kat. Kat and I are friends from our backgrounds in music but yoga is something I have never taken any interest in, despite my wife being a keen yogi. It would be the last thing any of my friends would have pictured me doing! I suffer from years of recurring lower back pain and I recently had to take several weeks off work after injuring my back again. I also had a pelvic lateral tilt from my inability to move around, so I was in a pretty bad state! It’s now four months on and thanks to Kat’s classes, my back pain has completely gone. I’ve also taken up daily fitness again and cycling whilst fitting in my yoga sessions. Kat’s classes made me more flexible and build up my core strength, which helped lead to more fitness in my life. Kat’s yoga sessions also taught me to listen to my body more. I now eat healthy and I enjoy taking time out to relax and rest when I need to. Her classes are fun, relaxed and honest, and I’m really impressed at how much I’ve been able to learn from practicing yoga together via zoom classes, during this pandemic/lockdown we’re currently in.  Stu, July 2020

Going into lockdown I was really missing my yoga sessions at the local gym. I’d not attended Kat’s classes before, but was eager to join in when it became an option as I really felt my body and mind needed that yoga fix! And I’m loving the sessions – it’s something to look forward to each week. Why do I do yoga? – well, a number of reasons. Mentally, I’m pretty highly strung and I find the deep breathing to be really good for letting out tension. Emotionally – it’s a treat to self. I am being good to myself and I feel that I’m joining in with a chilled group of people when the world outside can be a little crazy; it’s a safe space. Physically, I do a lot of running, and also now cycling, so the only way to stop my body from seizing up with all the fatigue and working out is with yoga – it ensures that I remain injury free, and without the practice even missing a week I get niggles. My flexibility is really good for a runner, and I put that down to yoga practice. What do I particularly enjoy about Kat’s sessions? – she creates the atmosphere, positive, not too serious, but will push you, and there’s no ego – you do your best, for yourself, and are supported in that. I’m delighted to be able to do the practice with my husband Stu – his progress has been amazing to watch. I also enjoy the readings at the end of the practice, helping you to finish with positive thoughts. Oh, and the occasional appearance of Charles the cat is a treat too. Zu, July 2020

Sharing Kat’s lovely yoga class with my daughter was a real highlight of the week during lockdown. I don’t think I’m exaggerating when I say it probably helped us to get on better as mum and daughter. Kat is really good at giving adaptations and ways to extend the poses and that meant we were both able to work at our own level. Thank you so much, Kat. Sharon, May 2020

I did yoga with Kat for a few years in Edinburgh and was really sad when I moved away and wasn't able to keep attending, so a big positive outcome from Coronavirus for me has been being able to come back to Kat's classes via Zoom. I can honestly say that the classes are a highlight of the week for me. Kat is by far the best yoga teacher I have had and it's been impossible to replace her after I moved away! She makes the classes accessible and light hearted - you feel supported and encouraged to try your best, and it's such a positive atmosphere. Yoga with Kat has played a big role in my recovery from M.E. and she always offers options and adaptations for each pose so that you feel comfortable. Doing yoga online is great for me as you don't need to leave the house so it's easier to attend and it's been great being part of a community and giving the week some structure during lockdown. In these challenging times, it's really nice to take time out to just focus on your body and breath. Thank you Kat! Hannah, June 2020

Thank you for helping me through my pregnancy, avoiding another bout of PGP, answering my panicked call (out of hours) then coming around to the house to instruct me through a session of Restorative Yoga right before my c-section. You gave me the tools to regain control over a situation that terrified me and for that alone I will always be grateful. I am enjoying our postnatal sessions with lots of positive encouragement and meaningful adjustments and seeing a lot of progress in my practice.

I started attending Kat's Tuesday evening class at OMH therapies earlier this year and it has been a wonderful experience. Every week I have noticed an improvement, however small, but to my mind always quite revolutionary thanks to Kat’s encouragement, patience, and tenacity. I feel very fortunate to share a class with such caring, kind and compassionate class-mates and such an inspirational and grounded teacher. It is very difficult for me to articulate the remarkable impact on my life that maintaining regular yoga practice, under Kat’s thoughtful and professional guidance, has had. I am forever grateful to my friend for introducing Kat and her teaching into my life.

Kat is an exceptional yoga teacher. I have had one to one sessions with her for 18 months, my goal was to improve my flexibility and increase my strength which I have. Kat brings her energy and personality to every class which she has always prepared well for each one being different from the last – there is no set routine. She uses a lot of props to assist students in the practice and she pays close attention to detail. Kat really knows her stuff including a lot of the medical implications of the practise. Kat's love of Yoga shines through making her classes really good fun.

I have been practising Vinyasa flow with Kat for a year now, in addition to my usual triathlon/marathon training. In that time Vinyasa flow has made a massive impact on all aspects of my training and performance. My breathing during swimming has improved, my running form greatly improved as well as body position for swimming. No lower back pain during long bike rides. 2013 was my best year for competition by far, personal bests in half-marathon and marathon distances, and more importantly, COMPLETELY INJURY FREE! Yoga has also taught me the importance of proper rest and relaxation, which is an essential part of my endurance sport training program.

Been attending Kat's classes throughout my pregnancy and now with my little baby girl, and I've loved every minute of it! Kat will make you feel very comfortable in her classes, encouraging you to go at your own pace and help you make any modifications for your ever changing body (great for SPD or post c-section). She is very knowledgeable of the pre and post pregnant body, and will individually help every one of her students to achieve correct postures. Kat is very friendly, welcoming and always has a smile on her face. :) Thank you Kat,

I have been practising yoga with Kat for over a year now.  Thanks to Kat, I feel my yoga has really progressed. Kat is amazing teacher! She gives great advice, helping you to adapt poses to your own ability, while making you feel you are in safe environment to try new things. Kat's classes help you switch off from the busy world outside, and are both relaxing and invigorating. Her calming approach is everything you want in a yoga teacher. My classes with Kat are definitely a highlight of my week.

I had enjoyed practicing yoga for a couple of years, so was incredibly frustrated when morning sickness stopped me exercising early on. When I eventually felt up to doing something, Kat's prenatal class seemed the logical choice to ease me back in! Despite being low risk and all set for a hypno-water birth, my labour had a series of complications which resulted in a lengthy recovery. I am absolutely convinced the breathing and stress management techniques I had learned in Kat's class saved me on the day and in the following weeks. I was able to focus my energy on remaining calm and centred, this was particularly relevant when I came round following an anaesthetic and had to use my breathing to assist with pain management. I cannot wait to take part in Kat's new Baby Yoga classes and would recommend her to anyone - pregnant or not!

Being Kat's student over the past few months has broadened my perspective in regards to what's possible. Her classes are fun, paced amazingly well according to what the group and each individual needs so it's always just the right amount of feeling comfortable and exploring our boundaries and progress. I feel part of the group, where there is no striving to show off. I can simply be myself, feel encouraged to try new things and connect with my body. I feel clearer, balanced and energised at the end of every single session. If you're thinking of trying out yoga - here's the facilitator who will create a safe space for you to explore, within your own time. Big, small, young, old, a man or a women, forget the labels. Just bring yourself and get ready to be amazed. Veronika

Kat's mum and baby yoga was the first class I signed up for as a new mum, having enjoyed her prenatal classes so much. Both Astrid and I enjoyed every minute of it! Getting out and about in the early weeks can be daunting and difficult but Kat's class is a wonderfully supportive, relaxing and fun place to be, which does wonders for your confidence. During classes Astrid cried, slept, and sometimes fully embraced the yoga experience! I highly recommend it as a great way to get some gentle postnatal exercise, to bond with your little one and have lots of fun!

I would recommend Kat to anybody, not only as a yoga teacher but also as a friend. I'm from Croatia and I met Kat on a bus. Travelling to my apartment I heard her talking to her Croatian friends. I said hello and we started talking. However I was in Edinburgh for two weeks only, studying and improving my English language at an international school. I was living with a host family, near Edinburgh. I had big problems with that family. Lucky for me I met Kat on my first day and she gave to me few very useful tips for life in Edinburgh. She helped me a lot! She invited me to do yoga in her studio. Without hesitating, I accepted her invite. I said why not, it will be a great experience for me as a Croat to do yoga in Edinburgh. Even though, I have never tried it in Croatia but I always wanted to. For my first yoga experience it was outstanding, hearing her voice immediately relaxes you. I definitely recommend her to anybody who wants to relax, stretch and have fun doing Yoga.

Kat's pregnancy yoga classes were a wonderful way to keep fit and prepare mentally for labour.
The meditation helped me let go of all problems and relax while the exercises were incredibly helpful for all pregnancy aches. Kat has amazing presence and creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
She always incorporated useful tips and information about pregnancy and labour in her classes which was so useful for a first time mum. I enjoyed these classes massively and would highly recommend them!

It was a fantastic Restorative yoga workshop! My day was not good and I arrived feeling quite tense. However, little by little the tension was released and I started to relax. I feel that this was due not only to the session itself, but also to the lovely and professional Kat - she makes you feel right at home. I’ll be coming back!

I would highly recommend pregnancy yoga classes with Kat! I attended her class at Knotstressed from 18 weeks through to 37 and looked forward to it every week. It was a chance to take some time out to relax and focus on my baby and the changes my body was going through. The classes helped me to keep fit during pregnancy and made me feel more prepared for giving birth. Kat is a great teacher and created a friendly, relaxed atmosphere whilst giving practical advice for breathing and positions during labour. I really miss the classes and am hoping to start mum and baby yoga with Kat soon!

Although I have been doing yoga on and off for years I first met Kat during my third pregnancy and her classes were the highlight of my week. I now attend on a drop in basis her weekly Wednesday evening classes and her monthly Restorative Yoga workshop. Occasionally I also have a private session with her in my home. Kat is not only an intuitive and fun yogi she also has a certain calm focus, an aura that makes you trust yourself more in your own practice. Highly recommended.

Kat's mother and baby yoga sessions were excellent. Having attended with my 3 month old twin girls and my husband, I found each practice the perfect way to relax with my babies. The classes are small in size meaning Kat was able to provide lots of one to one guidance. This also put my husband at greater ease rather than the prospect of being in a room with lots of mummies and babies! I have practiced yoga with Kat for over two years including: beginner & intermediate classes at New Town Therapy followed by restorative, antenatal then mother & baby classes at Knot Stressed. I have found her to be a very patient teacher who provides practical guidance and support in a comfortable and relaxing environment. I now consider her a friend and can't imagine practicing yoga with anyone else! Gabriella

More testimonials:

Up until the early arrival of my baby girl (now 11 days old) I had been attending Kat's pregnancy yoga classes on Tuesday evenings, and I thoroughly enjoyed them! These 1 hr sessions allow you to switch off and focus on the positions, your body & your breathing. With a small group Kat can tailor any positions to suit you/your bump and she's a lovely, encouraging teacher. I started the classes at 18 wks and looked forward to the session each week. Thanks Kat!

Sarah

I took the pre natal yoga classes with Kat. I started at 32 weeks and was nervous to start yoga having never tried it before and being 32 weeks pregnant and feeling completely immobile! I have to say it was the best thing I did for my pregnancy! It became the highlight of my week and I only wish I started the classes earlier. Kat's advice and relaxation techniques really helped me not only through the latter stages of my pregnancy but also through my labour - I would have never lasted as long as I did without pain relief if I didn't have those tips! Thank you Kat and thanks to Canning Street Yoga for the classes.

Alison

My Yoga classes with Kat Aydin were amazing. I moved to Spain to my life but when I was there she helped me to find to myself . Was great to find to someone like her with all her positive energy, she is strong, she made everything easy. Her classes are exciting and thrilling, She made me I felt the yoga as something essential in my life, for my body and my mind. She is great as teacher and a amazing person . She has a huge heart so she can transmit everything with her class to whoever. I am recommending her class to everyone. Many thanks Kat for everything. :)
Lourdes

Tuesday yoga with Kat is challenging but relaxed and very friendly. I love it. Kat is a great teacher, always keeping it interesting and encouraging you. This class and the antenatal classes before have definately helped me hugely, both physically and mentally, through my transition to motherhood.
Amy

I did Kat's classes part way through my third trimester. My yoga experience prior to pregnancy yoga was hot vinyasa so I was not sure what to expect. Kat's classes are suitable for anyone, with or without any yoga experience. I really liked the fact that she would give different options for positions so should you want to, you could still challenge yourself. I did come away from each class feeling like I had done something (not the case with another class I went to - although there were still benefits to a less active class and I enjoyed both classes). Kat was extremely knowledgeable and approachable so you feel at ease asking her any questions you might have. I'd thoroughly recommend her classes and I wish I'd been able to do more earlier in my pregnancy.
Anne-Marie

I had such a great experience with Kat at the pregnancy yoga sessions at KnotStressed on Monday - they really helped me relax and take time out from busy working days to focus on my body and the growing baby. Later on, the sessions helped me prepare for labour, with useful breathing techniques and some pain relieving massage tips. I have recommended these classes to all my pregnant friends and am missing them myself now that our baby is here! Will definitely be doing them again if I am ever pregnant in future. Highly recommend these classes!
Kat

The yoga is challenging but also totally relaxing, Kat is so lovely and really makes everyone feel comfortable. As I am experiencing Pelvic Girdle Pain she always makes sure my postures are adapted. I will continue with this class as long as I can and highly recommend!
Zoe

I recently attended a block of antenatal yoga classes with Kat & wanted to say how much I enjoyed them! I haven't done yoga for a while & found Kat to be very patient & encouraging. She also made us work hard, & it was great to feel like I was doing some exercise after being quite lazy so far during my pregnancy! I really appreciated Kat's tips & advice on positions we could use at home to help with relaxation, positioning of the baby & during the birth. I would recommend these classes to any pregnant ladies wanting to do some gentle exercise in a relaxed & supportive environment.
Polly

I found the restorative yoga session excellent; really well-paced and full of content, with lots of individual attention. I felt immediate as well as longer-lasting benefits.
Judith

I attended Kat's pregnancy yoga class on a Tuesday from around 14 wks to 35 wks of my pregnancy. Kat's class was actually the third pregnancy yoga class in Edinburgh I tried having not been especially happy with the other two which I found a bit tame as I've been practicing yoga for a number of years, starting with Astanga and then bikram which I had to stop when I fell pregnant. I found Kats class to be just at the right level, a mix of relaxation and yoga postures which were challenging enough (especially when I got big!) to make me feel like I'd been to a 'proper' yoga class. The studio at Blenheim Place is very cosy too and I liked the small classes. Little Charlie arrived when I was 41 wks. I'll admit I did very little yoga in the last couple of weeks and incidentally the wee man turned back to back probably as a result! I tried to turn him but to no avail and I was told to change my birthing plan as it was unlikely I'd deliver him without an epidural and I'd most likely not go into spontaneous labour. However I did, and I laboured at home for 12 hours using a TENS machine and various positions and breathing. I ended up going into hospital when I was 7cm dilated! I had a relaxing 5 hours in the pool with gas and air focusing on my breathing and used a lot of visualisation techniques. I had to get out to push and he arrived around an hour later. I laboured mainly in my back due to his position which made it very painful but the visualisation and breathing (and staying calm) got me through. At one point I actually threw the gas and air away as I was struggling to 'hold' the inhale and use it to push as they advised so the last few pushes I did without! The relaxation and focus on breathing in Kats classes really helped me have the birth experience I hoped for and my little boy is healthy and thriving.
Lorna

I just wanted to take time to thank you again for a wonderful and memorable workshop. I found that you have a fresh approach that I had never experienced. I think it is unique and very helpful to do gentle stretching between the restorative postures. I like the way you started with nice slow, simple but effective movements. Building thru the session and then found it very beautiful as you had me put my hands on my heart and stomach and then send out good feelings. All in all it was one of the high lights of my trip to the UK. You have a wonderful gift and I thank you for sharing that gift with me. I found that you had a great knowledge of the body but most of all an understanding of a persons soul. If I'm every back to your area I hope to join you again. I would recommend anyone who would want a peaceful, restorative yoga session to seek you out. If you ever write a book, do a DVD demo or an audio of your restorative class please put me at the top of the list to purchase it. Again thanks again for a wonderful session. I rode the high from your session the rest of my vacation and still have wonderful memories of you and Knotstressed. Indebted to you, namaste.
George

I'd thoroughly recommend the pregnancy yoga classes with Kat. I attended from 15 weeks through to 38 weeks. The weekly classes were such a helpful chance to focus on my baby and relax my body and mind. The exercises helped throughout pregnancy in keeping my body a little more supple and stretching out tensions, as well as learning good posture and techniques as my body changed throughout pregnancy. The breathing, postures and overall calming ethos really helped in labour too. Kat is very approachable, friendly and informative teacher and I'm so grateful I took these classes and for Kat's personal style and instruction.
Linda

I took part in anti natal yoga with Kat Aydin from 28 weeks onwards. I wasn't sure what to expect but Kat made the classes very relaxed with a friendly atmosphere. The yoga really helped me with breathing exercises to ease the pain of labour. I also found the class helped me bond with my unborn baby, which was a wonderful experience. I can't wait to go back for post natal classes. Thank you Kat for your fantastic class!
Claire

I would really recommend the prenatal yoga with Kat! I started when I was 16 weeks pregnant and found it very relaxing and energising. It allowed me to continue enjoying yoga while focusing on techniques to help me throughout my pregnancy and during my labour. Kat is a great teacher and very encouraging.
Debbie

I have been having one to one fertility yoga sessions with Kat for about 6 months now. She is an amazing teacher and really knows how to structure the lesson to challenge me and ensure I get the most out of it every time.  I have thorough enjoyed each lesson but most importantly, it has helped me become much more efficient at managing stress and my cycle has completely changed (for the better!). I would recommend yoga with Kat for everyone!
Lianne

I started Pregnancy yoga classes with Kat at 18 weeks pregnant up until 38 weeks when my baby was born. I really enjoyed the classes each week and felt they were so beneficial not only to empty and de-stress my mind but also to relax physically my body which became increasingly tense throughout pregnancy after all day sitting in the office! The sessions were also a great time to connect with my baby and think about only that. Although I knew from early on that I would have an elective cesarean section, the breathing techniques were useful throughout the operation to keep me focused. Highly recommend to anyone looking for Pregnancy yoga!
Ailsa

As a fitness addict the one thing I was worried about during my pregnancy was missing out of the gym I so much loved. I decided to look for a yoga class specific for pregnancy as I thought this would still keep me active. I came across Kats class and thought I would try it out.
I went for the trial and loved it!. I was ready to sign my life over to Kat!. The classes are nice and small and intimate which meant the room never over heated or was too cold. It always felt like the classes were 1:1 with Kat. My baby also loved the yoga classes. She would really wriggle around in some of the yoga moves. Sometimes when my baby was sitting high up close to my ribs Kat would suggest moves to help baby adjust..and again this would work like magic. Other than using the yoga to keep fit it came in very useful for my labour. The last thing I asked Kat before my labour was “What yoga moves can I use in delivery?” her advice was “use the breathing”. My initial reaction was just the breathing?. I had no idea how useful this advice was going to be until labour.. Once my labour had started I remembered Kats words.. and started using yoga breathing to work through a surge.. as soon as I felt a contraction started I breathed in through my nose.. counted and breathed out.. And counted for longer.. Just like we did in our classes. The yoga breathing helped me work through my surges. I can honestly say I didn’t feel the pain. Kats yoga classes are by far the best. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to keep fit but also to anyone who wants an easier labour and Delivery.
Jag

I attended pregnancy yoga with Kat from 13 weeks right up to my due date. She is a great teacher who makes everyone feel welcome and creates a lovely atmosphere in the class. I'd look forward to sessions every week, especially after a hard day at work. Kat's classes suit everyone from complete beginner to more experienced yogini, and you can choose to really challenge yourself (safely) or take it easy - however you feel on the day! Yoga is fantastic for pregnancy, not only for preparation for labour (breathing exercises in particular for me) but also for post natal 'recovery', I would highly recommend it for all pregnant women and highly recommend Kat's classes.
Victoria

I attended Kat's prenatal yoga class at Knot Stressed from 12 weeks, right up to when my baby arrived at 38 weeks. The class was a really lovely size and I had a great time whilst getting some much needed exercise in. Kat is a fantastic teacher, she manages to create a laid back and relaxing atmosphere to practice yoga, whilst also giving a beneficial and informative class. This was my first baby so I had absolutely no idea what to expect birth-wise, I went into labour at 38 weeks, laboured for 5 hours and had a relatively easy, uncomplicated delivery. Prenatal yoga definitely helped me feel fit for birth both physically and mentally, and I would recommend it to anyone. My wee boy is now 9 weeks old and I am back at yoga attending a post-natal class, again with Kat at Knot Stressed, that I am thoroughly enjoying.
Rachel

I attended Kat's pregnancy yoga classes from around 14 weeks until 38 weeks (the day before my waters broke I was on the mat!). Before pregnancy I was a hot vinyasa and ashtanga fan so thought pregnancy yoga might be abit too slow paced for me. Kat was fantastic at giving suggestions to deepen postures for more advanced yogis. She also helped me enormously when I had problems with pelvic girdle pain from around 20 weeks. She suggested specific strengthening exercises and always watched out for closing hips in postures during class. Her classes were relaxing as well as invigorating. She is such a great teacher who really cares and connects with her students. I loved the Sunday class at Meadowlark and the sense of community she created there for mums-to-be. Thoroughly recommend to all pregnant ladies to prepare the body and mind for the road ahead.
Jenny

I started attending Kat's prenatal yoga class when I was 14 weeks pregnant and continued until 40 weeks. The classes are a perfect chance to get some 'me time' as well as learn some great breathing techniques and yoga poses that are really helpful during pregnancy and labour. The classes are small enough that Kat is able to give personal advice and support to each mama to be and her approach makes it very easy to relax and get the most out of each session. I really feel that attending the yoga classes prepared my body for labour and as a result I didn't even notice I was having contractions until I was almost at the pushing stage. I would highly recommend Kat's prenatal yoga class and look forward to attending the mums and babies classes soon!
Heather

As someone who has never been particularly flexible I have always been terrified of Yoga. Yoga for Absolute Beginners was exactly the sort of introduction a Yopa-phobe like me needed. Kat was extremely encouraging and enthusiastic which made it a real pleasure. It was also really informative and gave me an excellent grounding on which to continue with my practice. I would definitely recommend this course and Kat as a teacher. I have zero Yoga fears now and I am a total convert.
Gloria

After doing ante natal yoga it was brilliant to be able to continue yoga practice with my baby instead of my bump. As a new busy mum it was great to find peace and relaxation time at the Mother and Baby class. It gave me the opportunity to continue doing exercise as well as using the practice to bond with my wee one in a welcoming baby environment- there was lots of gurgling, giggling, occasional crying and feeding. In the first few months I felt a bit of angst whenever my baby cried in public but I quickly relaxed with Kat's support and with the other friendly parents in the class. Kat is also very good at amending the practice and positions to suit individuals depending on fitness and the physical effects of pregnancy and birth. I would recommend this class to all new mothers and babies- you'll find peace and have fun!
Sophie

Kat is a warm and skilled teacher and her Pregnancy Yoga classes meant there was always a point in the week where I could feel centred and calm. She delivers the class with kindness and humour, balancing familiar moves with new bits of practice and always considering everyone’s individual needs. She’s full of tips for a healthy and happy pregnancy, a calm labour and life with a baby. I’d recommend her class to anyone fir a healthy and happy pregnancy.
