This class is based on the connection of breathing & movement practised in a fun and creative way. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". The focus is on gaining flexibility and strength, boosting your energy and feeling healthier and happier in your body.
In this class we are also using props and Restorative Yoga poses at the end of each session to get the most out of our Yoga practice. This class is suitable for people who have already had some Yoga experience.
