Restorative Yoga Workshop
Sundays 6.15-7.45pm at OMH Therapies (1A Randolph Crescent)
This style of Yoga switches you from the sympathetic nervous system (fight, freeze, flight)
to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest, relax, digest) within 15 minutes.
This gentle, restorative session will help you reach complete relaxation with the addition of blocks, bolsters, and blankets to eliminate unnecessary straining. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga Nap Workshop
Fridays 6-7.30pm at Mulberry House (21 Manor Place)
Yoga Nap is a doorway into stillness for even the most restless person and
it helps you cope with everyday stress, combats insomnia and difficulty falling asleep by using some of the most powerful yet simple poses in Yoga. A 90 minute Yoga Nap
practice is equal to 4 hours of sleep! This workshop is suitable for beginners.

Women's Yoga Workshop
