Yoga Nap Workshop

Yoga Nap is a combined practice of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. It is a doorway into stillness for even the most restless person. It helps you cope with everyday stress, it combats insomnia and difficulty falling asleep by using some of the most powerful yet simple Yoga poses. This workshop is suitable for beginners.
Pregnancy Partner Yoga Workshop

This workshop will help the prenatal mum and her partner explore how to practice together during this special time. It may also help to prepare for your new arrival by taking time out together for relaxation and yoga. During the workshop couples will have the chance to: practice gentle yoga postures together, with a focus on working in pairs/explore simple breathing techniques which can be useful for pregnancy and labour/enjoy a restorative yoga practice, with lots of props to make things super chilled. The workshop will conclude with a guided relaxation for everyone to take some time out to take deep rest. It will be an active, fun class with lots of modification and information about dealing with common issues in pregnancy, such as back pain, pelvic girdle pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and fatigue. You don’t need previous experience of yoga to come along and join us. Bring your partner, a friend or just come along by yourself!
