Are you looking for a way to relieve stress and achieve balance in your life? This gentle, restorative workshop will help you reach complete relaxation with the addition of blocks, bolsters, and blankets to eliminate unnecessary straining.

Yoga Nap Workshop
Fridays 6-7.30pm at Mulberry House (21 Manor Place)
Yoga Nap is a calming, restorative and very gentle workshop. This style of Yoga switches you from the sympathetic nervous system (fight, freeze, flight) to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest, relax, digest response) within 15 minutes. Yoga Nap is a doorway into stillness for even the most restless person and it helps you cope with
everyday stress, combats insomnia and difficulty falling asleep by using some of the most powerful yet simple poses in Yoga. A 90 minute Yoga Nap practice
is equal to 4 hours of sleep! This workshop is suitable for beginners.

Women's Yoga Workshop
(Edinburgh Women's Aid focus group)
This gentle Yoga Workshop provides healing for the body and the mind. It is especially useful when you need to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. It can also help you overcome emotional depression and anxiety that are caused by traumatic events. No previous Yoga experience required.
