No matter how flexible or inflexible you are, you can experience the numerous benefits of Yoga, regardless of age, body type, fitness level. In this course attention will be given to balance, alignment, strengthening of the body & breath awareness.
You will learn to create a strong foundation as we work through some basic poses, and find modifications to support your unique body. It will give you grounding in some of the key Yoga poses and help you to understand alignment, benefits and contraindications.
We will also look at breathing practices and their numerous benefits. This course will also be beneficial for people with less than one year's experience who wish to further their knowledge and deepens their understanding of Yoga.
Dates: Thursday 14th January, 7.15-8.15pm, £30 per person for 5 weeks.
