Online Gentle Flow Yoga:

  • Yes, we are still online! Join our lovely group every Wed 7-8pm!

  • Suitable for beginners and those who like to practice basic Yoga poses with an emphasis on individual alignment and breathing techniques.

  • In this class we explore your pain-free range of motion and pay attention to the breath through different breathing techniques

  • No handstands or headstands or pretzel poses, just a very effective, simple movements and poses that will help you feel, breathe and move better.

5-week Yoga course at Santosa:

  • These classes are based on the connection of breathing & movement practised in a fun and creative way.

  • The focus is on gaining flexibility and strength, boosting your energy and feeling healthier and happier in your body.

  • In these sessions we are also using props and Restorative Yoga poses at the end of each session to get the most out of our Yoga practice.

  • This class is suitable for people who have already had some Yoga experience.

1:1 Pregnancy/Postnatal Yoga:

  • During our Pregnancy classes we explore a range of Yoga postures, guided relaxations and breathing techniques to support your pregnancy, soothe any discomfort and relieve the stress.

  • This class is suitable after your 12 week scan

  • The benefits of Pregnancy Yoga include: increased strength and flexibility, improved sleep quality, better blood circulation, reduced swelling from fluid retention, good posture and body awareness, improved digestion, reduced back pain

  • We will also address some of the physical discomforts that may accompany pregnancy – backache, heartburn, PGP, carpal tunnel syndrome etc - and I will be able to show you which postures to avoid and which might aid soothing

  • Postnatal Yoga is such a great way to gently restore your strength after childbirth and it addresses many challenges of the postpartum mother

  • these sessions are available in-person or online

Private Yoga:

  • Private Yoga classes are a wonderful way to invest in yourself.

  • We will tailor the practice to your unique body and to help you discover all the benefits of Yoga at your own pace. Private sessions can be 1-2-1 classes, office staff, or classes for small private groups.

  • A gift voucher for a private yoga class makes for a fantastic gift!

  • I offer private beginner’s yoga classes, prenatal/postnatal classes, classes for perimenopause, menopause, classes for cancer survivors, classes for athletes, restorative, yin and vinyasa classes. 


Yoga Nap:

  • A very gentle & mindful montly Yoga practice is the best way to beat some of the symptoms associated with burn out, SAD, insomnia.

  • The fusion of Restorative & Yoga Nidra helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and burn out, through the use of props (blankets, cushions) that allow you to hold poses longer, giving you all the benefits of deep, active rest.

  • We are focusing on different breathing techniques, exploring a variety of functional movements alongside all the gentle, restorative yoga poses and preparing the mind & body for a productive week ahead.

  • This practice is suitable for everyone from absolute beginners to advanced yogis.

Online drop in: 10£ per class, in person: £12 per class
Online group class: £38 for a block of 5 (valid for 6 weeks)
Private online session: £45 per hour
Private in-person session: £60 (at the studio)

Book a Class

To book please use the online booking system below. If you are booking a drop in - go to "Online Group Yoga Classes", if you are booking a block please go to "Packages and Subscriptions". When you book a package, you will receive a code that you have to use to book each class in your block (by using the booking calendar). Make sure to book 1 class per session. Please do not skip this step as you won't receive the zoom invitations otherwise. The system closes an hour before the class.


Purchases made online are final sale. There are no partial/retroactive refunds for drop ins, blocks, private classes, unlimited monthly packages or workshops. If you have made an advanced booking and your circumstances have changed - find a booking link in your email and change your booking or contact your teacher at least 24 hours before the event to discuss your options.
