In 2023 my small business “Karma Yoga Edinburgh” has turned 10! To celebrate this important milestone we’ve organised a Fundraising party for Maggie’s centre (on Sat 18th Nov 2023) at St Columba’s by the castle with around 50 people joining us to support this cause. Maggie’s centre is a wonderful charity that provides free cancer support for everyone. I’ve created a GoFundMe page and all the money we gathered there (around £1000) went directly to Maggie’s Centre Edinburgh.

Finding out you have cancer changes your life, and the weeks after diagnosis can be the most difficult and challenging. Maggie’s Centre will be here from that moment. I’ve been collaborating with Maggie’s for over 6 years now and the services they provide are crucial and extremelly beneficial for everyone affected by cancer.

Their ‘Where Now?’ course is a six week course for anyone who has finished their cancer treatment, as well as their friends and family. It offers skills and techniques to support you through this transition period and beyond. I will be offering a 45-minute Yoga class for all levels. I am very passionate about offering these easy, very beneficial and calming breathing techniques, gentle stretches and guided meditation practices to cancer survivors.

Flow & Restore Retreat in Spain

We are so excited to invite you to the Flow & Restore Retreat held in the beautiful Andalucian’s countryside from 12th to 16th September. The Hacienda is beautifully converted, traditional farmsteading in a peaceful location high in the Andalucían hills, surrounded by olive groves and pine forests with stunning panoramic views of surrounding mountains and hills.
