Flow and Restore Retreat in Spain

We are so excited to let you know that we have 2 dates in 2026! Our Flow & Restore Retreat is held in the beautiful Andalucian’s countryside at The Hacienda, a converted, traditional farmsteading in a peaceful location, high in the Andalucían hills, surrounded by olive groves and pine forests with stunning panoramic views of surrounding mountains and hills. This is our 5th year organising this retreat at this magical location.

During your stay we will offer two Yoga sessions per day thought by two highly experienced Yoga teachers open to all levels. There will be plenty of time to rest, reset and lounge by the pool. This retreat is a perfect getaway for anyone who needs to recharge and relax in a friendly, easy going and supportive environment.
Accommodation:
single en suite: 5 rooms (only 3 rooms left for May)
twin en suite: 2 rooms
small single room/shared bathroom: 6 rooms
A non-refundable deposit of £300 deposit is required to secure your booking.

Price includes:
● accommodation for four nights
● self-service breakfast
● vegetarian brunch
● three-course vegetarian evening meal prepared by two professional chefs
● snacks, drinks and homemade cakes available throughout the day
● two 75 minute Yoga sessions per day (a morning Vinyasa practice and an afternoon Yin and Restorative session)
Price excludes:
● flights and travel insurance
● transfers (we can arrange a minibus, the approximate cost is 60 euros)
● massages available by a qualified local massage therapist (around 65 euro/hour)
Our morning session will be a Vinyasa based practice taught by Joanne Ewan who is teaching Yoga for eleven years in Edinburgh. Joanne’s aim and intention in her classes is to make the practice accessible to all. Joanne always encourages students to try variations of postures and find an option which allows them to experience Yoga in a way that works for their body.

Our evening session will be a Yin and Restorative practice taught by Kat Aydin, who is teaching different styles of Yoga in Edinburgh for over eight years. Kat’s teachings were born from her desire to make Yoga accessible, fun and therapeutic. She is passionate about building a strong sense of community and support within her classes where people support each other and share their love of Yoga.
